New "Pocket" Leash from Cetacea

Leash is made of 1/2" tubular webbing with internal coil.

The coil allows leash to extend and retract without dragging on the ground. The pet

encounters resistance as he moves away from the handler and is not suddenly surprised

by a jerk at the end of the leash's extension.
