With a Loc-Line stalk and a custom power tail , A KL1 bezel is mounted in a

symbiotic relationship, a remora, on an Eveready 6 volt lantern.

A small waterproof toggle switch was installed in a recessed side cavity on the lantern. This

switch powers the KL1 independent of the primary lantern lamp and switch. The remora

and power tail details are shown below. The KL1 draws 270 mA of current at 6 volts so a 6

volt lantern battery will run this light for an extended period of time.
